Stakeout’s Objective-Based Modes – How to Play the Map for Victory

Objective-based gameplay in Stakeout requires a very different approach compared to the standard deathcod bo6 servicesmatch modes. Whether you're playing Domination, Hardpoint, or Search and Destroy, understanding how to use the map’s features to your advantage can give you a significant edge over the enemy team.

For Domination, the key is to control the central areas while also keeping your opponents from flanking you. The two primary capture points tend to be near the center of the map and the elevated areas, so having a strong presence in these zones is crucial. Be sure to coordinate with your team to establish a perimeter around these objectives, particularly in the more open areas. These are prime locations for snipers or tactical rifle players who can hold the line from a distance. However, don’t neglect the close-quarters sections of the map, as SMG or shotgun users will frequently attempt to contest your points with aggressive pushes.

Hardpoint is a mode that rewards aggression, but also strategic positioning. The hardpoint in Stakeout often moves between high-traffic areas, including the central building, and the more secluded back corners. To succeed, you’ll need to set up in positions where you can defend the hardpoint effectively while also keeping an eye on potential enemy rushes. Holding down the high ground on the second floor is ideal, as it provides excellent coverage, but make sure your team is spread out enough to prevent being overwhelmed by enemies pushing from multiple directions.

For Search and Destroy, patience and communication are your best friends. The central building often becomes a focal point for the defending team, so it’s essential to use cover effectively and anticipate enemy movements. As attackers, don’t rush into the central areas without clearing out the flanking routes first. Instead, take your time and push in from multiple angles to keep the defenders on their toes.

In all objective modes, Stakeout rewards teams that can adapt to the changing flow of the game. Being flexible and working with your teammates is crucial to success, as the map’s varied terrain and building structures require constant repositioning to stay one step ahead of the enemy.
